  3. Then divide it into small balls (Pairra) and start rolling them out,flatten each dough ball a little bit with your fingers,then roll them into flat thin pori.
  4. Oil should be quite hot because pori need to fry quickly. Gently slide in the pori and fry until it floats up and starts puffing up. Use a slotted spoon,
  5. Flip the pori then press softly with spoon. Don't fry pori too long.fry until pori is pale golden brown. Remove and place on paper or kichen paper towel.
  6. Don't let the poris fry too long or else they will become too brown and crispy. Serve with halwa cholay and alu tarkaruyt3.
