The flatbread is crispy and flaky on the outside; soft on the inside. A Paratha can be enjoy with curry, a pat of butter or stuffed with variety of vegetables, egg or meats.   6. Make a roti and add stuffing and roll it and fold book style
  7. Take a pan add oil put roll for saute then spread water then sprinkle seasame seeds and for 5 mins saute
  8. Then turn another side and now put in microwave preheated oven 180 for 30 minutes for baking….
  9. Another method on gas take a pan put stuffing roll in pan add water for cooking cover lead cook till water absorb…
