2. When chocolate is melted turn off flame and let the mixture cool down.
3. When the chocolate is on room temprature then sift the icing sugar and mix well, add milk and make thick dripping consistency (if required add more milk)
4. Cut the Ready made puff pastry strips fold on cream roll mold brush with egg yolks and water mixture and bake at 200° degrees for 30-35 minutes.
5. Beat whipping cream and fill with cooled puff cases and dip into chocolate mixture, allow to cool. then place into fridge for 20 minutes to set.
6. Tasty chocolate cream rolls are ready to serve.
