Eggless croissants is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Eggless croissants is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

French croissants are the perfect for breakfast or even anytime with tea or coffee. I love the flavor of butter and softness. You can add little cheese or paneer stuffing for stuffed croissants. Finally, the eggless butter croissants are ready to be served.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook eggless croissants using 8 ingredients and 16 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Eggless croissants:
  1. Make ready 2 cups refined flour/maida (+1/4 thcup for dusting)
  2. Take 1/4 cup sugar
  3. Take 1 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp milk powder
  5. Take 1 cup warm milk
  6. Take 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast(if using active dry yeast use 3 tsp)
  7. Make ready 75 grms butter
  8. Prepare Some chocolate pieces for stuffing

You can shape it however you like it best, but you cannot skip the butter! Eggless Buttery Flaky Croissant For me, croissant is all about Germany. Actually croissant is a viennoiserie (things of Vienna). This Vienna-style pastry is famous for its crescent shape.

Steps to make Eggless croissants:
  1. Firstly in a bowl add warm milk to this add sugar and stir well then add instant yeast just give 1 stir and keep aside for 10 mins to proof yeast.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add refined flour, salt, milk powder make well in that flour and add yeast mixture and knead the dough
  3. Cover this dough with cling wrap and keep aside for 2 hrs in a warm place till dough becomes double in size
  4. Once the dough doubles, take that dough on your working surface and punch the dough.knead until the dough is homogeneous and flexible, make equal sized balls of that dough
  5. Now dust some flour and roll each ball in circles like chapati
  6. Now in a plate take this rolled circles spread butter on it and similarly apply butter to all circles, layer that one by one, no need to apply butter for top layer
  7. Now cover this with cling film and refrigerate it for 2 hrs
  8. After 2 hrs take out of Refrigerator,dust some flour and roll this with rolling pin (dont roll too thick or thin) and with the help of pizza cutter cut in triangular shapes
  9. Now take 1 triangular piece and make a small slit in the edge of a triangle, stretch it,stuff chocolate piece and start rolling to upward direction
  10. Now take a baking tray and grease it with butter and arrange prepared croissants in tray keep gap between each croissants
  11. Rest this for 30 mins in room temperature
  12. After 30 mins brush it with some milk
  13. Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 mins and bake for 20 -25 mins.once done take out from oven brush little butter on croissant, cool in room temperature
  14. Chocolate stuffed croissants are ready to serve
  15. Enjoy eggless homemade chocolate filled croissants
  16. Note -can stuff any jam instead of chocolate

If you want mini croissants, cut the dough in half lengthwise first, and then cut your triangles. Roll each triangle up, starting at the widest side, and the place each one on a fresh silpat or piece of parchment paper. Optionally, brush your croissants again with the agave and soy milk mixture.
