  7. Prepare 12-13 Curry leaves

  9. Take 5-6 cloves
  10. Get 10-12 whole black pepper
  11. Take 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  12. Prepare 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
  13. Make ready 1/2 tbsp asafoetida
  14. Get 1 tbsp red chilli Powder
  15. Take 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  16. Get 1/2 tbsp amchur powder
  17. Take 3 tbsp sugar
  18. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Black salt
Steps to make Crispy, Crunchy Poha:
  1. In a mixer take all the spices and grind into fine powder. Take out in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai or pan. Deep fry peanuts on medium flame, take out in a big Plate on absorbent paper.
  3. Deep fry dal till golden brown, take out then. Deep fry Coconut slices, curry leaves and raisins and take out in the plate.
  4. Take a small portion of poha and deep-fry. For this the oil must be sufficiently hot, not too hot. Take out fried poha in a big mixing bowl.
  5. Add fried mixture to fried poha. Combine well with ground masala powder.
  6. Crispy, crunchy, sweet and tangy poha is ready.
  7. Let it cool down and then store in an airtight container.
