The family thoroughly enjoys this curry and I tried my hands at this tricky recipe a couple of times but not with much success. Something would always go wrong - either the koftas would come apart while frying or the cornflour would be too much giving it a chalky taste. For Kofta Take grated paneer in a mixing bowl, to that add grated boiled potato, green chillies, red chilli powder, grated ginger, coriander powder, salt, coriander leaves, corn flour and mix it really well. Make small golf size balls and stuff some raising and cashews in it.

Steps to make Paneer kofta curry:
  1. For kofta÷mix paneer with bread crumbs and pinch of salt and black pepper powder and chaat masala. gently by using some milk
  2. Make small balls and deep fry keep separate
  3. For curry÷roast jeera,garlic and ginger
  4. Now add chopped onions
  5. Just roast for 2 or 3 minutes then add two tablespoons sugar and add tomatoes
  6. Add all the spices then simmer for 7 to 8 minutes not too long and make paste or smooth curry
  7. Now in same oily pan put paste of only two tomatoes and add pinch of black pepper powder and turmeric and kitchen king
  8. Now after 2 minutes add paste and estimated milk for smooth curry and add koftas
  9. After one boil turn off the gas
  10. Yummy restaurant style kofta curry ready in few minutes
